Access Specialist                                  WP

The Access Specialist is the initial clinical point of contact for patients; families; physicians; discharge planners and other individuals seeking information on access to care. The Access Specialist is responsible for managing all Hospice Referrals. This position is responsible for ensuring that all Stae, Medicare, Medicaid, and Capital Hospice policies and procedures are met.

Requirements:

* LPN or RN with Current Commonwealth of Virginia Professional Nursing, District of Columbia and Maryland license, preferred. CHPLN preferred.

* At least 1-2 years in clinical setting/medical office.

* Hospice experience desirable.

(1) Full time- Falls Church, VA

 

 

Medical Records Clerk- Largo, Maryland                        WP

(Part time)

The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for the preparation and maintence of each patient's medical record including the tracking, assembling, and filing of all required documents within established timeframes.

Requirements:

* High School diploma required.

* College courses or degree desirable.

* Minimum of two years general office experience in a healthcare facility.

* Medical record experience preferred.

 

Medical Records Coordinator- Washington, DC (Full time)                              

                                                                                                          WP

The Medical Records Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations and supervision of the regional medical records office.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma required; College courses or degree desirable.

* Accredited Health Information Technician certificate recommended.

* Minimum of three years general medical records experience in a hospice, nursing facility or hospital.

* Supervisory experience required.
