Josefina Magno Conference

One of the most prestigious palliative care conferences in the country, the annual Josephina Magno Conference provides an outstanding opportunity for professional caregivers to advance their skills and knowledge in caring for patients with life-limiting illness.

Each fall this conference, sponsored by the Capital Hospice Institute for Education and Leadership, brings together national and international experts in palliative care to discuss the latest strategies and techniques in pain and symptom management, evidence-based best practices, support for the families of patients, and related topics.

The conference is highly recommended for those who work (or would like to work) with seriously ill patients and their families in hospitals, hospices, long-term or skilled nursing facilities, or home settings, including
