Understanding Hospice Care

What is Capital Hospice?

Capital Hospice supports people living with advanced illness. This includes family members and caregivers. 

Our care is mainly provided in patients' homes, whether they be single family, assisted living, or nursing faciliities.

We have 31 professionals in our medical staff and 350 nurses, plus medical social services, chaplains, counselors, and certified nurse aides. We also have more than 750 dedicated and specially trained community volunteers.
